USDF Young Rider Graduate Program

Truly the best seminar I have ever attended!!!!

Topics covered included: Sponsorships/Grants, High Performance training, Training in Europe/America, Heather Blitz and her Pan Am Games Experience, Insurance and legal issues, and many others.

I was truly inspired when one speaker, from Dressage Today magazine, did a Google search on every participant that weekend and gave us personal input to expand our exposure and media usage. I immediately began work on my new and improved website and set a goal for myself to blog to all my readers more often. I have many things to reflect back on over the next week because of this goal.

We learned what needs to be used for liability and insurance/lawsuit coverage and "how" to read and understand the contracts used in our business. She began to tell us some lawsuits that she won and some that were advised to settle and allow it to go away quietly.

Debbie McDonald came to speak and Michael Barisone. They were truly inspiring and had great advise for the new professional and the training opportunities right here in the US.

There was a lot of information covered in these two days and honestly I can't think of more stuff to post as of now. If I remember some more memorable quotes I will post them!!
